If you search "asher ironer" the first 2 posts, the only ones relevant,
are from this gentleman and at least one of them has a photo with it. The
unit would appear to have cloth belting as part of the surface that the
cloth rides on as it passes through the machine. I think that means it
would have to go indoors. The photo would also suggest that an electric
motor has been fitted onto it for driving it. Right now I'm assuming steam
is only used to press out wrinkles. We would have to fit it with its own
engine or drive it from a line shaft. Dave is right, there is virtually no
other information online that I can find. It's old, and it's rare, but is
it relevant?
