[Thursday] Massie PJ location

Now that we have the Steam up behind us, we should re-visit pinpointing the original PJ Station location.  Field Trip?  The State is not charging for parking at the adjacent beach parking lot.  We should also look into how to get the state to erect a marker on the site.
