I've actually watched that video.

 My knee jerk opinion is stay away from old moldy equipt which is newer than anything in our purvue, especially when we have so much to shape up which is already on campus in various conditions.

My 2 cents only!

Does the museum have any interest in acquiring a mostly
intact modern radio station?
It seems that WHJJ was abandoned some time ago. It
is subject to vandals and the occasional YouTube
videographer.

I'll bet we could have it for the asking.
