Guys,

Five years back, on a Thursday in early May, a team of volunteers from the
Hereshoff Museum brought one of these steeple engines to the museum for us
to help them with. It had been found in a warehouse there, presumably not
having run for many decades if ever. Myself, Warren, George, Lou, and I
think Tim, spent a fair amount of time getting it going. I joke all the
time about the older and smarter guys stepping backwards when someone asks
for volunteers. This was the day that actually happened. The crazy-haired
young kid was thrown to the fore to try and explain what was what. And the
best part, it was all captured on video. One 10 minute video attached and
another short clip within their blog. Hereshoff blog about the build
<https://herreshoffsteam.wordpress.com/>. Enjoy!
