All good ideas, Len.If we do this, we need to develop a timeline forwhen each task must be completed and whois responsible for what so we just get it done.
We also need to plan the publicity expectinga lower turnout the first year and more folkswith each successive year.

     Building on the Yankee Tune-Up idea for 2023, here are a few activities and displays we could have.
1. Tailgate sale.2. Demos (eg radio alignment)3. Talks 4. Contests (best TRF, Regen, Super Het…) judged, best of show, peoples choice5. Build your own crystal set (like the brown students did)6. Invite local Ham clubs7. Get the mechanical TV working and feed it with a camera as a demo.8. Morse Code demo
