Hook up a radio or AM transmitter to an iPad that stores the audio.Visitor chooses a snippet of historical / humorous audio fromiPad (an old one is cheap).The audio then plays through nearby radios.
Or make a direct connection to final audio stage of radio.
Or transmit via bluetooth  to local radio that has bluetooth module installed.
Our own jukebox has been created.
See Facebook example that just plays from the iPad.Simple but it does not involve a radio which is what we need to accomplish.
