So I am asking for any necessary modifications so I can get this notice in on time.

If it is agreed that we will run a special event station fromN1EPJ on October 3 then now is the time to announce it.QST has an August 1 deadline to get this into the October, 2020edition which will be released around September 15, 2020.The announcement will appear in QST and online.I have posted below a suggested announcement.
