[Thursday] Route 2 traffic tie-up

Route 2 south was blocked off right in front of Flood Ford.... ironically,
this morning.  I was very close to the front of the traffic, and sat there
for quite a while without any police officer within sight giving any
indication of what was going on.  Some construction vehicles were traveling
through the site, but still no indication of what was happening or if we
could get through at any point.  I guess I can understand the confusion now!
