Overall I think that it went very well.
>From my viewpoint in the steam building, having an engine schedule works
well, and the visitors liked the lectures about the engines before the
demonstration. We had a lot of technical questions about the steam engines
work. Maybe we should have a presentation in the meeting hall about 200
years of steam engine technology, and the history of engine building in
Rhode Island?
There were some comments about handicapped parking. Maybe we could move the
antique cars to the row north of the meeting hall, and put all of the
engine displays to the east of the meeting hall. Then the area to the west
of the meeting hall could be handicapped parking. Not sure how to handle
ticket sales for the people who park there.
It isn't obvious that there are displays on the second floor of the Massie
building. Maybe we could put a small sign near the door by the stairs?
We should get the oil engine running so we can demonstrate it next year.
