I just wanted to go over some punchlist items as we head into the last
Thursday before Steam Up. It looks like we're in great shape overall, and
the weather is working in our favor both for tomorrow and Saturday.

Fields were mowed on Saturday, I don't know if we'll need to mow the grass
or not, but we definitely need to weed wack all around. I would prefer
Craig not have to do this as there are probably more important things for
him to attend to. I hope we have at least one working gas weedwacker.
Please let me know (Rolf or otherwise) if that isn't functional and I'll
bring one from home.

Ticket shed needs more attention, I can do this between Thursday and Friday.

With the weather looking wonderful and cool I'm thinking that we don't
bother with the canopy between the Mayes and Steam buildings. It does
serve as a sun shade too, so please let me know if anyone feels it is very
necessary for that.

Mayes:
remove old Coke and Sprite, move rolling rack to library or anyplace it
might be needed
move photo boards back to rear corner of Meeting Hall
remove extension cord
remove extraneous boxes, parts, pieces, artifacts etc
vacuum, general dusting and cobwebbing of untouched areas behind displays
etc.
prep garbage barrels
arrange coffee service tables and supplies
arrange, declutter kitchen

Meeting Hall:

Looks great, just setup screen, projector and PA

Steam:

remove incidental materials, wood blocks, tools,

Wireless:

nothing noted.
dehumidifier and fan can be removed Friday or Saturday mornings
Grass clippings may require cleanup after weed wacking by the door

Massie:

nothing noted, looks great

Shop:

general cleanup of small items, tools, and projects in progress.
prep trash barrels for use

We need to get the hand washing sink out and hooked up

quick look at DeLaverne Oil Engine area. Roof panel repair or removal
from the area. general cleaning

I have purchased a new upright vacuum to do carpets with, and plan to bring
a shop-vac from home for use as necessary.

I've purchased new outdoor PA speakers to replace the 4 that already exist
in unknown condition. Hopefully there is time to replace them and get this
system working, but it's at the bottom of the priority list if we're
otherwise busy.

Thanks everyone, and if I've missed anything you might have in mind please
add here so we can print the list and knock items off as they are done.
