[Thursday] Giving Tuesday

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to give everyone notice about an exciting fundraising opportunity
for the museum.  Fundraising is something we do very little of right now,
and donations from some of the older support base for the museum have
dropped off significantly through the last few years.  We have an
interesting opportunity to raise money this coming Tuesday and to have
those funds matched 1: 1 by Facebook.  The basics are that Facebook will
match donations made through a fundraiser on their platform 1:1 starting at
8am on Tuesday 12/3 up until they spend $17 million.

I'll be sending out another email on Sunday or Monday with a link that will
take you directly to the fundraiser.  I know that every one of you already
donates very generously of your time at the museum. If you were considering
or can make a financial contribution for the year as well, here is a chance
to make your donation go twice as far.  Please take a moment to consider
other friends or family that might be willing to support the museum as
well, and please forward the link to them when you receive it.  As this is
done online, donations must be made either with a credit card or using
PayPal.
