[Thursday] Tomorrow Jan 31st

Hi All,

Due to the heroics of our comrades of the Peoples Ministry of Medicine (just getting prepared in case we get "single payer"!) I have survived Monday's surgery and am recovering on schedule, however I wont be venturing to the museum this week.

Going forward I cannot pick up anything substantial for four weeks from Monday, and thereafter prob should stay under about 40lbs lifting (due to a different problem I am also hoping to get fixed or at least improved this year). Next week I should be back and can assist with anything not involving lifting.

As to heat, I agree. for fast heat of cold spaces I think forced hot air is best, and even large BTU used propane furnaces are cheap to obtain and simple. I think mobile home takeout units would heat the wireless and Station PJ nicely. In the wireless, it could even have some filtration to improve the air by removing dust and spores etc. A timer or remote thermostat would have them warm when we arrive.

regards,
chris

Greetings gentlemen,

Hoping you are all well (and warm). I won't attend tomorrow as I have "work' work to do, and, it is going to be lacking in kinetic energy generally.

Cheers,

Brown B.

Why don't we try to concentrate some of our efforts to aid in warmth. I have that propane heater there and can bring a big tank I have for it. A group could help with cataloging in the wireless building and the heat could be used there. The Mayes building will of course be warm but we have no pressing needs there. I do have some of the literature for boy scout merit badges printed and we could begin to outline the educational programs we can build around them.
