[Thursday] Steam Up Attendance

Hi Everyone,

We've begun the planning for Steam-Up, and discussing a handful of new
things for visitors to do this year.  One important part of being able to
do them is having enough staff to handle the added exhibits and
demonstrations.  Could everyone please get back to me to let me know
whether they will be able to attend on October 5th or not?  I don't want to
assume and then be caught short later.
