At Dave's suggestion I have sent an e-mail to Gregg requestiong some pics with aprox dimensions.  
If is is small enough to easily handle and everything works out I will go up to Exeter and get it.

 Good Morning, We have a
 duplex piston steam pump . The pump is all cleaned up and
 ready for display . The Steam plant operator wants to get
 rid of the pump. I use to operator the pump its pretty old.
 I do not want to see it scrapped. Please let me know if your
