[Thursday] Steam up wrap up

Hello Tim,

I looked at the calendar and at CAMA's website. They schedule their Fall
Festival on the last full weekend of September. We traditionally schedule
Steam-Up for the Saturday before Columbus Day weekend. This year they were
the same weekend. Not sure how often this calendar fluke will happen. (
someone want to check?)

For 2019 our date should be October 5th and the CAMA Fall Festival the
weekend before.

We probably can let the boiler cool down on this steam-up before planning
the next one but Oct 5th would fit with tradition of the past 20 years or
so.
