[Thursday] Thursday 4/19

Hey everyone,  I'd like to get back in the routine of circulating an email
on Tuesday or Wednesday to plan what we might get done on Thursday.
Hopefully it will be helpful all around.

Tomorrow is looking as though it will be pretty rainy, so indoor projects
are key.  The cataloging work in the wireless building as well as
organizing the piles of photos from the office will be good.  Perhaps a
couple of others could continue with the organization in the Mayes
basement.  I had discussed with Len making up some cardboard signs for the
basic categories and piles we were creating.  That would help for general
organization and new people jump in and still be working on the same
system.  The shop could definitely use some cleaning and organization after
the winter as well.

Also, we have a group of 11 people scheduled to dedicate their annual
volunteer day to our needs on May 10th.  My first thought was for them to
paint the exterior of the meeting hall.  I know the building needs some
wood replaced, ideally beforehand.  I'm open to any ideas of how we could
better utilize this team for the one day they can give us.  They could be
split up into multiple teams too.  We can discuss ideas tomorrow. Barring
any better plan we should make some quick repairs to the meeting hall in
the next few weeks.
